NOMINATION CRITERIA
It is expected that:
a. Players will not be a full member of a major academy structure.
b. Players will not be part of the RFU Elite Pathway.
c. Players will not be playing above divisional level in the RFU Aspirational Pathway.
d. Players will be in Year 11 / 5th form / Upper 5th at school
NOMINATION PROCESS
Players will be nominated by their school rugby coach, schools can nominate up to 2 players with one additional reserve, nominating a player does not guarantee acceptance of the nomination. We will endeavour to accept as many nominations as possible, and aim to try and accept the two top nominations from each school. However this very much depends on the spread of players and their positions.
